what do you look for in movies/books?

what do you look for in movies and books, or stories in general, aside from the basic genre? what feeling do you try to acheive?

Emotion I like to see movies and read books that touch me, in a happy or sad way, as long as i get into them.

Humor I find movies and stories that are funny and make me laugh out loud LIterally.

Intencity I like to see the movies with epic proportions of epic epicness. i hardly ever read, but any crazy or extreme movie is totally for me!

Joy I like happy stories ONLY! i want to see good things happen to the characters, and it makes me feel good too.

Knowledge I only read to learn. i do not watch movies unless they are educational.

Relations I like movies that i feel connect with my mind. i like to read and see stories that i feel i am a part of, or that strongly reflect some of my deepest, innermost feelings, in a way that i cannot always explain.

Similarity I like stories that i can really get into because i would do almost all of the things the main character does.

Sorrow/pain I am emo or am a masochist and i love being sad from my stories.

Terror I like to get scared from my stories!

Victory I like to see the good guys win and the bad guys lose! i like a tone of victory over problems or enemies.
