Jaffa Cake

This quiz is meant to determine what sort of biscuit you are, and yet you seem to in fact be a cake. Well according to McVities anyway. This is because chocolate covered biscuits incur VAT in the UK, but cakes do not. It was argued that biscuits go soft when they are stale and cakes go hard, and by that definition they are cakes.
