Should dumb people produce offspring?

Should people start selective breeding to improve the human race? I.E. breeding laws, forced sterilization or court ordered abortions for unlawful pregnancy.

Everyone has a right to have kids. If you can fall in love, you should be able to have a family together.

Laws, sterilization and abortion. The strictest policies should be in effect to maintain our best possible gene pool. Regulatory laws should be placed for who breeds with who. People not approved for offspring should be sterilized and unauthorized and high risk pregnancies should be terminated.

Some people should be sterilized. Simple enough, some people should be forcibly removed from the future gene pool.

There should be breeding laws. There should be Laws regulating who can have children and how many they can have.

Unauthorized and high risk fetuses should be aborted. Get rid of em if they're not approved for the gene pool.
