A career is high paying and a job pays the bills. A career is something that defines what you are professionally, while a job defines what you can do. A career is what you can anywhere/whenever, and a job is only for the now. There is no difference other than pay scale.

I would continue to work on my part and make sure that it is finished on-time. I would immediately report him/her because my name is attached to the project as well. If he/she is not working on it, why should I? The project needs to get done, I would make note of the situtation and try to rally the team to get the job done on-time.

I would report him/her immediately, so I am protected. I would say nothing until the project was due. I would see if they needed any help on that item(s), and if they were not responsive I would complete it so I can continue, but note on the work that I did it all myself. I would mention to them to correct, before mentioning it to a manager, because it could have been a mistake. I would report him/her to HR. I would tell my manager first to see what to do. It is none of my business what they put down, if they get caught they would get what is coming to them.
