furits,cerals,milk..breads eggs. something chessy,fried stuff..fully loaded. will have something..i like too

i will grap a Happy Meal for any fast food place? i will have juice,or salads i will have something tangy,tasty or icecream

in terms of nutrition value in terms of size,quantity in terms of taste..

a glass full of smoothies,shakes none of the above its what ever i want to protien shakes,juicies

everything till my stomach is tight..!! i will have lots of salads..than have other stuff i would go for my favourite stuff
