What underground Housing option is best for you?

I am interested in underground Housing and would gladly pay $60.000 per Bedroom. We are curently looking into building a massaive underground structure for the regular working class people, affordable housing for the future. The poll will give us an idea of how large to build.... each house will be a functional place to live. All life sustaining have been taken into account. The cost $60.000 per bedroom is a one time fee. One member of your family is required to work fulltime in the underground community to help maintain the facillity...

I would rather take my chances top side, I like to stare death in the eyes... If you rather stay and wait for the end time on top of the earth then this is you choice...
