Do you count out the exact amount of M&Ms(or other snack) per serving size info. on back of package?

Always count out M&Ms!!! A person with great self control, even when no one is looking~~~

Count what? Seriously portions what? Food on! You eat them over a period of time(driving to pick up the kids from practice,etc.) and you reach with your fingers down deep into the bag and waaalaaa they are gone, figuring you must have pushed many of the M&Ms out of the sack on the car floor. Then you actually check the floorboards to toss out all you have dropped. Only finding one....Uh-oh
