Sneak in and try to get as close as possible to see if there is anything you can do to get the advantage. You decide that a straight charge is the best idea, and rush it with heavy weapons and stun grenades. You look for high ground, and pick out the middle-ranking officers. You wait for reinforcements, keeping an eye on the camp until they arrive, recording their movements.

Rally a group of soldiers with the biggest guns, and see whether or not you can ambush them as they march. Take position on the compound walls, and wait until the commander is visible before you open fire from a distance. You create a balanced team of soldiers and plan your counter-attack on the enemy's position, and take down the commander if you think it's possible. You charge in as quickly as possible, with stun grenades, machine guns, and whatever else you can find. You need to get the job done.

Regroup with your squad, or wait for them to pass - you're alone. Shoot the dog before it can smell you, and sneak past the soldier. Shoot the soldier, and charge at the dog make it flee. Throw something for the dog to go to, and pick up a scent, so you can sneak past.
