a. Bat your baby blues ( or browns, or greens, or whatever!) at dad. Within minutes, your on your way to the animal shelter to check out the pups. b. Sit down with dad for a heart- to - heart about the joys of puppy love. You're sure you can convince him! c. Resign yourself to collecting stuffed animals instead. Dad's even tougher to break than mom.

a. As long as dad's there, you'll be ok. He's always got your back. Plus everyone always loves him and his crazy sense of humor! b. Dad will be able to give you some good pointers on how to talk to your crush. After all, he's a guy too. c. Dad will probably hide in the other room with the TV and the remote. And good thing too - otherwise he might embarras you.

a. Daddy, Daddykins, Daddypoo... you have so many names for him! b. Dad or coach! He coaches both your soccer and basketball teams! c. Who? Oh that guy. "Hey you!" works in a pinch.

a. Give him a big, big hug and tell him how much you love him. If anyone can make him smile, it's you! b. Challenge him to a round of his favorite video game - and then let him win for once! c. Hide in your room until he's in a better mood. What a grouch!

a. A small scrapbook you made yourself, full of pictures of the two of you and hand written XX's, OO's, and <3's! b. That new book he wants to read - he's metioned it often enough! c. Probably a tie or something - what ever mom bought for you to give him.
