I do nothing to exercise I exercise a few times a month I exercise everyday for a long time I only exercise if i have too I play sports and other activites to exercise when i have enough time I push myself to exercise maybe once or twice a year

I dont eat alot of healthy foods but I eat some I have a moderate balance of healthy foods I have a super healthy diet I make room for my vegtibals and i dont eat too much junk food No i dont eat healthy No vegtibals and healthy foods suck!
