Who should win the e-cigarette legal battle: the FDA or e-cig companies and users?

E-cigarette Companies and Vapers E-cigarette companies list ingredients and explain their effects. They have made a great alternative to smoking and the FDA wants to ban them to keep its tobacco tax revenue. Vapers should be able to make the personal choice to use e-cigs. Many vapers no longer us tobacco and prefer e-cigs.

Neither. The decision shouldn't be decided in Federal court. Each state should legislate based on citizen vote, not politicians.

The FDA They have the public's welfare in mind. Also, they have more advanced testing equipment, so they know if it's harmful or not. They're there to protect consumers. E-cig companies only want to sell their product.
