Encouraging the team members! Staring off to space thinking, Studying the instructions/steps to the procedure and letting the leader know what's next. The leader, I like to take charge and teach people to do things how I do it.

You get together a group to go with. Calling people there, chatting with people THERE. You have stepped forward and you have a mission. You scramble for the WHO? WHAT? WHEN? and WHERE? You sweetly say,

You are sad, but just ignore it. Pretend nothing happened. Try to avoid making it a bigger mess. You freak out and retrace every single conversation you've ever had with your friend. Try and find something you did wrong. You try and work it out, but by dodging your friend. You ask everyone else BUT her/him to try and figure things out. Walk right up to them and say,

Anything that involves me being at the top, making the desicions, answering all the questions, making sure people have it YOUR way. Something fun. Outrageous. I want to be able to enjoy my job. But not anything too hard. Something that is always happy, involving a team. But nothing that will end up with me in a tissy. Something that is typical, a bit challenging, you know the normal stuff.

Anything fun, and easy. I don't want to break a nail. Or get dirty. Anything that helps the enviroment. Maybe join a group, be someone who does the computer work or the hard stuff. The stuff no one else wants to do. Leading some sort of group, directing something. Such as leading people that are going to help rebuild something, or lead an organization to save something in nature. Something that involves me working in a team. Interacting with people. Maybe talking to senior citizens.

Going over steps over and over. Even when I know I already have got them down. I need to make sure I'll get this job done right. Hugging someone, talking when I'm not supposed to, interacting with people in a positive way. Looking in the mirror, talking when I'm not supposed to, avoiding work, staring off in space, shall I go on? Telling somebody they are doing something wrong.

Partying! Holidays = TIME OFF! VACATION! So why not spend it having fun!? Researching more on the holiday, explaining to the family the roots. Spending time with family. I never get to see them. Working. Or telling family how to bake the cake right or taking someone out to buy gifts. I'm the responsible one.

...are too serious. ...don't do their job. ...don't pay attention to details. ...hate me or start fights.
