I don't do anything, i see it all the time. Start gagging right in front of them. Think to yourself, 'Eww, gross.' Think, 'Hmmm, i wonder if they have any extras...' Think, 'I hope they brush their teeth after that.' Walk up and say, "You know that can kill you?" Walk up to them, take it out of their mouth, throw it on the ground and stomp on it.
