A non-employee helped me figure out exactly what I needed and we talked about the project at length An employee helped me and I bought what I needed An employee tried to help but they didn't know what I was talking about I couldn't find anyone to help me and left and will never come back again

You have a nice, lengthy conversation You say "Wrong number" then hang up and mutter about interruptions. You tell them you're sorry, but someone must have given them your number by mistake You tell them off about being so stupid and slam the phone down

You ask them if they want the most direct route, or the most scenic route You tell them how many hours it will take to get there You tell them how many miles it is to get there You tell them to go find a map and look it up for themselves. What are you, a road atlas?
