What Kind Of Temperament Do You Have?

I do a lot, and it's difficult for me to relax unless I'm tired. I unpredictably go back and forth between having lots of energy to slacking off. It's easy for me to be inactive for long periods of time. There's a time and a place for everything. It's easy for me to balance work, rest, and recreation.

You're too busy. Stop focusing on what you're trying to accomplish and just take it easy sometimes. Where's your follow through? You're too unreliable and lack focus. Where's your motivation? Show some initiative! Where's your spontaneity? You're too concerned with stability.

You're dependable and responsible. You're driven. You're good at making things happen. You're easy going and adaptable. You're energetic and fun.

Do they understand how much work is going to be involved to see this thing through? Yeah, I know. It was me, and I've volunteered to head up the committee. (Or do something else to make it happen.) Yeah, I know. It was me. Oh! I've got another idea! I'll just listen for a bit and see where it goes.
