Say yes, faster than she can ask the question Just stand their stunned and say absolutely nothing. Say no, you'd rather find love the old fashioned way.

Decline. You'd feel weird being there with her and that guy. Yeah, why not? It couldn't hurt. Right? Of Course! Maybe you'll meet somebody while you're there.
