Who Are You?

Listen to them carefully, then ask questions regarding themselves. Listen to them, interjecting with witty quips where appropriate. Listen to them, then tell them all about yourself. Listen to what they say, not voicing any disagreement. Listen to what they say,nodding in agreement, sociably.

Ask questions to see if either is at fault so they can attempt to patch things up. Hear them out, then reassure them by recounting a similar experience. Say soothing things but privately decide to find out more from the other party. Show what a good friend you are by believing their side of things implicitly. Tell them its all a misunderstanding

Give them a straighforward answer in words of one syllable. Ignore it and treat them as though nothing had been said. Never miss an opportunity. Tell them about all the other propositions you've had. Wonder if your partner's put them up to it.

Express your sympathy but wonder about her partners version of events. You've had similar experiences..and tell of them. Listen avidly, feeling sorry for her, you would never have thought her partner would have.... Tell her she shouldn't put up with this...she deserves better. Wonder what she's up to?

Keep it to yourself...for now, may prove useful info later. Say nothing to no one.. Shout it from the rooftops, shamelessly. Tell a few friends...'in confidence'. Wonder why they told you...perhaps it's because they want YOU to tell....
