What Kind Of Swimmer Are You?

Can't wait to get in and have Coach work my tail end off! FUN! I can't wait to go and work on my strokes! I am going to go and school the whole pool on what a real workout is! I go to swimming , because someone else signed me up. I love kicking sets, so I can chat with my friends I may or may not go swimming today, just depends on if I have nothing better to do. I wonder if that swimmer who beat me will be there, I might just do a flip turn on them! YUCK! Not feeling it today. I might just be *cough* *cough* sick. Who needs to do drills, I just want to swim fast!

I will see if I have a suit at the pool, borrow one, or just opt out because I *forgot* my suit. Swim suit and if I remember my equipment. Swim suit and whatever they require for equipment Swim suit, and cap, goggles Swim suit, and goggles I migh Team suit or Drag suits, hand paddles, kick board, pull buoy, fins, goggles, cap. a GREAT way to get in shape and have fun. a great way to show off my skillz. all I do when I am not working, going to school, sleeping or eating. easiest way to get to the otherside. for getting a good tan. for having fun. for the best athletes in the world. for those that can't play other sports. for when I have nothing better to do. my main focus.

a healthy diet a well planned sports diet. balanced meals food. fruits and veggies Junk food everyday. only lean protein, low carbs, and tons of veggies. some junkfood veggies YUCK! whatever I want whenever I want.

10-12 large cups of water 8-10 large cups of water I don't keep track of that stuff. I drink about 4 cups of water a day and then other stuff too. I drink water, milk and all sorts of stuff. I drink whatever I want, whenever I want. I try and drink water, because I know it is good for me. Minimum of 6 cups of water Soda and occasionally some water Soda. I might drink something other for breakfast, but I have been known to drink a soda with breafast too.
