You talk about it a lot and ask questions, but only to people who know. Keep the secret locked tight and not mention it ever again. She/He will be able to trust you a bit more then. Take advantage of spreading rumours about her/him and talk a lot about to annoy her/him. That'll teach her/him not to trust me! Talk about it and let it slip from your mouth to others. But be careful not to let her/him know you told others.

Ask once more and if she/he doesn' say then forget it. If she does then thank her/him for telling her/him and continue what you were doing. Just continue begging until she/he says the stupid thing. Just let her/him have thier secret and tell who she/he wants, it's not like you NEED to know! Threaten him/her and beg a lot.

allow him/her to be nice and make friends with him/her and be nice back. Be her/his friend for a while then get rid of him/her. be nice and then try to get away from him/her. just insult him/her and walk away.
