I am Arnold the mighty pig, I have been living here at the shelter with all my friends for a few years now. When I came here first I found it very odd as I couldn't find my cheese to eat, it was my favourite treat. But then PJ and his friends would come and visit with other treats so I have settled in here and I love it now. I am Missy the prettiest pig in the shelter. I arrived a little piglet to the shelter so I have grown up here in this lovely place, I get lots of yummy food and love it here in the fresh air. I have lots of visitors coming over to say hello to me in my house which is beside where some of the goats live so I have made lots of friends which is great!

I am Vincent the magnificent! The staff are always saying to me even though I am only a little fella I have a huge personality and a hearty appetite. I love chatting to PJ and all his friends who look after me and I get very excited when it is meal time. I only have little legs so after running around I love to snuggle in my nice warm, soft bed with a nice carrot for a treat before I settle down for a nap. Ah life is good here in this wonderful place!

I am McCoy, I live here with my best friend Mary. We are beautiful geese and love swimming in our pond with all the other geese and ducks who live here in the shelter. I was brought to the shelter as I had no home and was very tired and hungry, the vet made sure I was ok and she gave me some lovely food. Once I was all fed I was put in the pond with Mary and have been loving it here ever since.

I am Barbara the chicken and I live in the shelter with all my pretty feathered friends. We have a lovely home with lots of room to potter around all day, it is a wonderful place to live. My friends and I often lay eggs that are fed to the other animals especially sick ones as PJ has told us that our eggs contain lots of protein so it is great to be able to repay some of the kindness that we have received from the staff here at the shelter.
Ducky

I am Ducky, one of the ducks who lives in the shelter. I have a lovely pond which I love swimming in and lots of delicious food. We have a great area for waddling around in and a lovely warm safe bed that I share with all my feathered friends and the goats. I have a great time living here, it is ducky paradise!
Elvis

I am Elvis the king, I am the largest and most regal goat here at the shelter but the biggest softie at heart. I love my nose scratched by the visitors and staff and I will often pop over to the fence to say hello. I have really long horns which I am very proud of and I love showing off. I have made lots of great friends here which is great as I hate to be on my own. PJ takes great care of me, he feeds me lots of lovely food and his buddy comes every now and then to keep my hoofs short as it

I am Cupid the goat, I have been told I was named Cupid after roman the god of love as everyone's heart melted when they met me so you can call me Cupid the goat of love. I have grown up to be a very handsome chap and I am very happy up here in the shelter, I still miss my couch in Orla's house sometimes but PJ makes sure I have a comfy bed as he knows I like my comforts. I have made lots of friends here by the pond which is cool, like all goats I love company and there are always new arrivals

I am Jenny the cutiest little goat living in the shelter, I am a lot smaller than the rest of the adult goats but I make up for my size with my good natured and friendly personality. I love it up here in the Dublin mountains, there is loads of fresh air and it is a great place to live, I have lots of great friends, yummy food and a lovely, warm, comfy bed. I am George, the boss of the shelter. I have been in the shelter for many, many years and I look after all the other donkeys, horses and ponies that come to the shelter. From the fields here I can keep an eye on the entire shelter to make sure that everything is running smoothly hence my title of the boss. I love living here at the shelter helping Jimmy run the place and PJ look after my buddies. I get lots of lovely food, have some great friends and love meeting all the visitors to the shelter

I am Bilbo and the love having fun in the shelter with all my buddies. I have great fun trotting around the fields in the shelter exploring all the sights and smells. I love to eat so I am in the right place as PJ and his friends give me lots of yummy food and care and I love meeting new people especially the little ones as I am a bit on the short side myself! I am Frodo and the staff call me a perky chap with a bright eye. I am by far the bravest of all hobbit's, sorry ponies! I love to go exploring with Bilbo around all the different fields in the shelter and to meet all the new horses and ponies that come here. Did you know that my name means "wise by experience" so when I meet a new pony that is scared like I was when I first arrived I love to share my wisdom and let them know they are now in the best place in the world!

I am Punch, the most handsome pony ever, or so I have been told! I love my new home here in the shelter, I have loads of room to run and prance around but only when my mum says it is ok, she is very protective of me as I am so little but as I am so good she is letting me run around with the other bigger ponies now. I am Swayze the donkey and I live here at the shelter with my mum Hayley. I love living here at the base of the big mountains strolling around the fields all day. Living in the shelter is fab, there is so much to do and see and we have new visitors to our fields all the time and PJ and his friends take really great care of all of us. PJ sometimes gives me a special treat as he was there when I was born but don't tell the other horses, ponies & donkeys as they might get jealous.

I am the big, handsome black and white cat you may see snoozing in the cattery office window as the sun shines in the window all day and I get to see everyone coming and going. I live in the cattery with Stryker and Bella and we have great fun playing around the shelter.

I am a cairn terrier and I live in Penny's house and I have the run of the shelter which I make the most of, I keep all the other cats and dogs in check and love tearing around the place. When I feel like a rest during the day I cuddle up in my bed in reception. Plus I can see what is going on in the coffee shop as I love my food. I am Dexter the handsome peacock. I live at the shelter with my wife Susan, my daughters Sweetpea & Chickpea. You can often see me sitting on top of the covered small bird area beside the dog treatment area surveying my kingdom. Susan and the kids are usually off around the shelter sitting in the sun so it is just me in the photo as I couldn't round everyone up for the photo. I love to hear all the oohh's and ahh's from people when I fan out my tail so I often put on a show for them, why not
