Mall- Quite a few people with weapons, building a good barricade. School- No barricade, but its remote and should be okay. Supermarket- No weapons but lots of hiding places and a makeshift barricade that miight hold.

Shoot them swiftly in the face, trying to avoid getting their blood on you. Shoot them, then write a message of love using their blood. Tell them to hold on and try to get the vaccine.
