Where Do You Belong At Target

For the most part you don't deal with guests. You help the team and the store. Sometimes I help them but usually I'm doing other work in the store/outside You answer questions but for the most part you keep to yourself You are the guest. You don't deal with guests. period. you're secluded with the merchandise. You don't like guests but you're forced to deal with them because they make your area the most money You have to deal with guests who are angry and expect you to deal with their problems You have to deal with the big spenders who want you to answer their most complicated questions about the highest end products You love to talk to them and help them when asked. You never ever ever ever ever have to see a guest ever and you like it. You sit in your office most of your shift and help team members, not guests You're the manager so you will help the angriest of guests when the team members can't handle them anymore

I'd rather be shopping You don't like a lot of work, you'd rather be dealing with the people You like physical labor, so you work hard you like to sit and eat a lot of food in your office and pretend you're doing work you like to stand in one spot and work from there you run all over the place and do a lot of work because you're dedicated you sit in your office and run the store. you're job is the hardest! you stand in one spot and help guests from there; pretty easy You work hard and don't deal with guests. you work hard but your location is secluded so sometimes you slack off when you know no one's wathcing your job is relatively difficult and you'll work "hard" but for the most part it's pretty chill you're good at doing whatever is asked and will stay late to get it done

it'd be cool to work at target at all. the only higher you could be is if you owned the store you are going to be a team lead. you know it. you could be a team lead but for now you're content where you are you could care less. you need the job and the money. you don't care. you just want to get out of the kitchen. or you don't. either way, you're in the kitchen. you like your job cuz it's pretty chill you like your job just fine and don't plan on moving forward. just out. you own the store. you're the boss. you want to be a lead of department and that's where you're headed! either that or you're just working here to get you through college. you're at the bottom of the food chain, but you don't plan on going any higher. thats too much work.
