Should we have to pay to use public beaches?

Neutral If you are not charged your not if you are you will pay but if it goes towards the beache and the surf club.:)

No we should not have to pay. Well we do pay tax that could be going towards this and it would get very expensive ;)

Yes we should have to pay. I say so long as the money goes to the beach and surfclub they can charge a SMALL fare! :)
