Retreat, there is nothing to be gained here. Wait in a strong position for the enemy to attack; if they hit your right or left, strike back with the other end of the line. If they hit you center, strike them with both ends of the line. Withdraw quickly, and when your enemy breaks into pursuit, use mobile forces to cut off and destroy their spearheads.
