hurt the dog for wanting your attention when the dog is out you give it some attantion but that is all You call the Shelter and tell them about the situation and go take the dog from that home not giving it back to the neglectful owner You call the shelter and tell them what is going on mean while leaving the dog in the home You pay no attantion to it
