Cast a rope spell and tie the villain up. Grab a Axe and slash the villain to pieces. Run in and slip on a unlucky banana and the villain gets away while you were unconscious. Throw a punch, kick then suplex him to the floor.

“Borrow” the nearest car and chase the villain and jump into his car knocking him unconscious. Awaken your Frankenstein monster and make him throw knifes at the car hopefully striking the villain. Call your friend who brings the brand new Austin Martin and everything is going ok until you press the wrong button and your partner with the gun ejects out of the car. Cast a spell to lift a building up and put it in front of the car.

In a flat or something like that. In a normal house somewhere exotic. In a spooky cave in the middle of no where. In a spooky old mansion on the top of a hill.
