Help them and tell your friends to "SHUT IT!" when they laugh at you. Help them and then walk away with them. Just walk away. Laugh and walk away with your cool friends. Walk away but don't say anything. Then later apologize for ignoring them.

Nod your head and walk away. Say "I'd LOVE to" and continue talking to them. Say "In your dreams!". Say "What ever" as in a yes and walk away. Start to blush and nod your head.

Don't say anything. Just pretend like they're not talking about you. Explain that it is not right to talk about people like that. Just walk away. Punch them in the face then walk away. Tell them to "STOP"

Explain that you are going to have to miss it due the the other friends birthday party or go back and forth from each party. Just say you're busy. Laugh and walk away. Say yes to both and don't go to either of them. The next day apologize like it was no big deal. Shrug then walk away.

"Both!" and say "What now!". "Dare!" and run around the circle and yank each persons hair really hard yelling "What now!". "Niether" and say "I'de rather not play". "You can pick for me" and say "I dont really mind either one". Just sit there like nothing is happening.
