On record, Mr. Southalavong Boutah is one of the Board Member of Wat Lao Buddhavong since 1997. He failed to live up to his roles and responsibilities. In fact, he doesn't even know his roles and responsibilities. He contributed to the many problems occurs at Wat Lao Buddhavong.
