I am very impulsive – I feel the urgency to constantly look for the next trade idea I am very patient, and I do not regret missing trades in order to find the best possible scenarios. I prefer to wait a few minutes and try to discern the next probable trend. I view economic data only in respect to how the market behaves within the longer-term trend fundamental trend. One piece of news will not change my opinion. I will not place any immediate trades, and prefer to refer the bigger picture. The immediate market reaction, I am ready to jump in and out of the market.

Immediate stress, and the need to get out of the trade. No stress at all, I have done my fundamental and technical homework. Small losses do not bother me, as I believe in the longer-term trend. Somewhat discomfort, but I’m willing to give the trade a little more time.

I ‘check in’ with the market throughout the day, always aware of the current trend. I am very busy with my full time job, and can only give a small amount of attention to the market. I may check the charts once or twice a day, and sometimes only a few times a week. I watch the market throughout the day, 8 hours a day or more.

Although I have analyzed markets for a long time, I still feel I have a lot to learn. I am somewhat new to the fx-markets and prefer to start slowly. I am very new to trading, and need to start at the beginning. I have been watching charts for years, and feel very comfortable with my understanding of price action.

Although no one likes losing trades, I am able to move on to the next idea. I view losses as just a ‘cost of doing business’; they don’t bother me at all. Losses are emotionally devastating, and I am almost ready to ‘throw in the towel’ and give up. Losses really bother me, and I find myself not happy with my trading.

I cannot seem to adhere to any money management rules, putting my account at risk quite often. I find it difficult to follow the rules, and tend to risk more when I’ve made or lost money in the past. I never risk more than I should, regardless of how much I’ve made or lost. I usually follow my rules, but sometimes I take a little more risk per trade.
