should P platers suffer because of others?

NO No we shouldn't all have to abide by it because some of us have family in that age group and it makes it hard to travel and also some people have responsibilities like being the designated driver and with the constant rise of petrol as they say it's "cool" to carpool

Yes We should all have to abide by it because we are all in the age group of "hooning"
